How can we help?
We know that buying or selling your home is a big step. We here at Park & Associates Notaries Public strive to make this process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our goal is to ensure that all our clients are sufficiently informed on what to expect going forward with no last minute surprises or time crunches. We strive to treat each property purchase/sale with the attention and consideration as if our own.
Notaries have been working with lenders to provide trusted, professional, and personalized services to families throughout BC for over a hundred years. Notaries understand the complexities of real estate refinancing and can make the process easier to understand and simple to complete.
Starting or buying a new business can be extremely exciting and both emotionally and financially rewarding. Whether it be the process of due diligence, the drafting of the Contract of Purchase and Sale, reviewing and negotiating the Assignment of Lease, or preparing the legal paperwork facilitating the business transfer; a BC Notary plays a crucial role during this process. Our goal as your legal representative is to keep your best interests in mind while also providing the most stress-free and informative experience throughout.
Due to Covid-19, walk-ins are no longer permitted, and appointments are required. Ensure that all signatories are personally present during the appointment. Be able to present two (2) pieces of valid government issued ID (at least 1 photo ID). Bring all original documentation requiring notarial services. Fully fill out and complete all documentation beforehand. Please remember not to sign any documents prior to the appointment
Wills are a critical tool for outlining one’s wishes for the distribution of assets, guardianship of minor children, and the designation of an Executor who takes care of administering the estate. Without a Will, the court will determine who will be the Executor, and the law will decide who is entitled to the estate.
One of the most important and caring things we can do for ourselves -and for our loved ones- is to prepare in advance for a time when we may not be able to express our own needs and wishes. Your Notary understands the sensitivities and complexities of these planning decisions, and will ensure that your intentions are clear and properly documented -so you can be rest assured about your future. Clear, legally documented instructions can also save costly and time-consuming legal intervention in the future.
